On September 4th 2013, we used the services of Jay Diamond from MyBond Cleaning Ltd to do an exit clean of the house we were living in.

He charged $602 for a three bedroom house (no carpet cleaning included) and the kitchen was left dirty.
When advised I was unhappy with the work, he refused to come back and finish the job properly. As Jay refused to return, we got other cleaners in to clean the kitchen and they said the toilets had not been cleaned.

Furthermore, Jay has said he has before and after photos of the work which we have requested but has not sent us.

As we had pre-paid what we thought was the total ($433.50) we were left with a balance that we were very reluctant to pay.

Our previous experience and expectation of exit cleaners who charge in the realms of $600 is for the house to absolutely spotless.

We found MyBond Cleaning to be a rip off, produced work of poor quality and would not recommend it to anyone else.
