Twenty 10 Driving School Manukau City
Complaint #: 34
Aggressive driving by someone who should know better
I was driving along Favona Road going towards Walmsley road on Sunday 13 October at 1:15 pm. There are two lanes along that road but only one lane goes onto Walmsley rd (the left lane) and the other is a turn onto Mahunga drive (the right lane).
I was on the left lane going towards Walmsley rd and Twenty 10 Driving School car (with just the driver inside) was behind me. He aggressively cut onto the right lane going over 60km and then cuts back onto the left lane. The car in front was going a bit slow for this aggressive driver so he cuts out again onto the right lane and swerves back on the left lane.
And the indicator was not used at any time. Very bad driving behaviour from a some one who teaches others who to drive properly. Absolutely no patience whatsoever! I hope potential clients read this before using their service. No one expects role model driving but this guy was quite aggressive, had no patience and showed no regard to road rules.

To whom it may concern, We at Twenty10 Driver Training will never driver "aggressively" on any road. We even make sure that our students are driving safely without holding any traffic or breaking any road rules.
This complain is not true at all because the roads mentioned above are Max 60 speed limit and there was only 1 Black car in front of our car doing about 35km/h, holding traffic behind them after the traffic lights went Green. We responded by indicating Right and safely changing to the Right lane within the speed limit then indicated Left to change lane to the Left when safe to proceed towards our destination. This manoeuvre took place in a SAFE manner NOT in an Aggressive way! This was done only once and not twice as mentioned.
We see so many drivers everyday driving so badly like that Black car driver holding traffic which can cause accidents and no one complains. Is it only because these people don't have a business name advertised on their car, that's why they get away with breaking the road rules!
To all the viewers please feel free to ask us any "Safe driving skills" questions to help you drive safely. Thank you.

I saw the black car. It was doing around 50km/h -- not 35km/h as you claim. The car was accelerating but not accelerating fast enough for you. Hence why you cut across lanes just to get in front of it to save 3 seconds. I was also doing 50km/h so have a good gauge about this. No one is stupid enough to do 35km/h in Auckland. Also, 60km/h is NOT a target. Its the SPEED LIMIT. This was a Sunday afternoon and not during peak midweek traffic. So doing 50 where the limit is 60 is not bad.
Also, driving slowing and carefully is NOT "breaking the road rules" as you claim. Perhaps you need a lesson on Defensive Driving so you understand that 60km/h is not a speed target but a speed LIMIT.
As far as asking you about "Safe driving skills"...are you kidding?

I think you just have a LOT of time to do these complains against innocent people!
God Bless you.
