Stop lying about knocking the door!! 
How many times and how much frustration I need to go through before the driver from NZC stops lying????
Same old story, everyone. There was someone at home the whole day, expecting the parcel. No one knocked the door but found a card to call in the letterbox. Emailed it to NZC to ask, they said the driver attempted to deliver but no one answered at the address!!
I so wish I could catch them lying on the spot once!!

Nz Post is unrealiable i ve lost my very importants docs they said we cant do anything its lost ,,,,,,,,,,,, i was shocked to hear that how crap serices they are offering.
I want my courier back or deliver to where i sent who can solve my problem??call me if anyone can solve it 022 414 2158
Same thing here... I had cameras up at one point - just to catch the courier, after a package went missing for 2 months. I took the cameras down after a couple of years, but I think I will put them back up now to catch this type of thing in the act.
