You spend mega bucks to get something shipped by courier via air freight because you need it as quick as possible.
I ordered something in Germany this was picked up on the 17th of Sep. left Germany on the 18th to NZ.
5th of October shipment still not here????
I rang NZ Post "Your shipment has not arrived yet NZ' I rang German DHL "Shipment has arrived in NZ . The trues is as long they don't de load the containers the shipment has not arrived.It takes 2 days from pick up to be send to NZ. then it takes 17 or more days in NZ until you parcel gets scanned.Today is the 5th Oct and the shipment is still not here. Poor NZ Post we had this several times before and we are awaiting an other shipment which was send 2 days later the same thing.
