Courier Post Waitakere City
Complaint #: 64
Not Leaving a Calling Card and Losing the Parcel
Parcel from Australia, the NZ Post Courier driver in Te Atatu Peninsula did not leave a calling card because we were not home.
I spent a couple of weeks wondering where my parcel was, then called NZ Post who had since misplaced the parcel. It took a month before someone figured out that the parcel "was probably" sent back to the sender.
3 Weeks later the parcel has not turned up at the sender.
Steve who is the Customer Services Rep for NZ Post out of CHCH is of little use. He has no idea what is going on and he doesn't call back when he says he will.
A poorly run organisation who will no doubt die a natural death when they learn what real competition is about.
