I withdrew $50 from the kiwi bank ATM on K'road on 25th Dec, 2014 but the machine dispensed only a single currency note worth $10. I wrote to the bank about the erroneous transaction requesting them for a refund of $40. The bank denied and said the machine had dispensed $50.
Can't believe the bank did not do a proper investigation and tainting their name for a trivial amount of $40.

Why would a person get so involved into this for just $40! This was a genuine machine error and bank should issue me a refund.
