If Trade Me ignore your complaints, complain to the Directors! 
Trade Me is the ignorant, arrogant and greedy version of ‘Sella’ - an online auction website!
‘Sella’ facilitated the sale of ‘goods and services’ on their online auction website and asked for no commission in return.
Trade Me on the other hand wants to be exempt from ALL RISK but is more than willing to take a commission to fill the coffers of its investors/ shareholders for what services exactly?
Trade Me freely, use the words ‘trust, safety and authentication’ on their website to instil confidence in its members. How so, when they have confirmed in writing that they cannot guarantee members ‘safety, protection or authentication’ – if only to deceive funds out of its members. Trade Me also facilitates the sale of non-complaint and un-certified products!
How can Trade Me not be considered running a ‘black market’ operation to which the government are shareholders of is but a mystery! No surprise when NZ is used as a HUGE criminal laundering operation!
Trade Me also have confirmed that member account funds sit in a separate bank account not a TRUST. Your money not theirs, is more than
likely earning interest for Trade Me – DIGUSTING!
That being said, many Trade Me members have been unnecessarily exposed to somewhat questionable trades that Trade Me have allowed to happen by being partly or intentionally involved through a lack of protection and policing of its website.
For those who have endured a bad trade and have had a lack of favourable response from Trade Me who is notorious for poor communication and admitting blame.

T/M have disabled my business account with no explanation. I have emailed them numerous times and trying to phone is a waste of time. They hide behind the fact that they are not able to be contacted. They should be ashamed to be a Kiwi business as they obviously have no ethics. I have tried so many different agencies to lodge my complaint but everyone passes the buck. No doubt they are sitting on their millions laughing at how they treat their customers who have no recourse. Next course for me is to take them to the Disputes Tribunal but who needs this hassle? You have a low life way of trading Trade Me.
