Unprofessional installation
I have had Vodafone install a WIFI mobile broadband into our home. A contractor was sent to our property to install the antenna and wifi modem. I could not be at home at the time of installation, but my partner was at home and told the contactor were we would prefer the modem. He has installed it at a different location (the kitchen). He put a hole for the cable through the kitchen wall and dangled cord along bench to modem. I have contacted vodafone and told them we are not happy with the installation and if they will fix this, they have declined any part in this service and expect me to pay for contracting company to move modem and fix hole in wall. they have not been helpful at all and have terrible customer service. I feel we are paying a lot of money for their service in which we are not happy with and they will not pay for fixing bad installation. As it is a new contract we are now stuck in a two year contract.

Vodafone seems to have a history of bad customer relationships, or no relationship at all that a provider of a service should have with their customers
