As part of my entertainment I play lotto &scratchy on mon 30th june I went to this particular store as I am a regular to claim my prize of a free scratchy and well and purchasing more scratchy. As I was in a hurry and doing errands I did not check If I had all accounted for until the next day when played the games and saw I was missing my free one.

I went back to the store and explained what happen and showed my receipt for the paid ticket but they did not believe it, I explained that I was only just in yesterday and the same person serving me but she did not care and insisted that she gave it to me, if she had I wouldnt be back in the store.
All I wanted was what I am entitled to and that my free ticket. They can check the cameras and Im sure it will show I didnt receive it coz I clearly remembered seeing it on the counter but thought nothing of it... I trusted the cashier that she had pop it altogether (but I guess its my fault for not checking too)

I will appreciate it if they can check or find where they put it, I have no reason to lie over one scratchy however I did win this prize none the less, no one likes to be ripped off however small or big the item is...
