A set of Fanny Wang headphones that i bought in june 2012 have cracked across the head band just above the ear area and are unusable the cause is because the band is made of inflexible plastic and wont open out enough to put over the ears
I have returned them and explianed the fault and they are only one month old and avalon audio have said its not due to a manufactured fault
I am following up with them again and still have not been reimbursed the head phones wont clamp on the ears any more because the band is split open and all floppy on the ears
