Low Cost Bins - Northland Waste  Horowhenua

Unauthorized Direct Debit and Refusal to Refund.
I requested a bin to my property from Low Cost Bins in Horowhenua, Phone: (06) 353 8333. I stipulated direct debit payment start date December 1, 2016 and I received an email confirming this upon completion of application.

I then later received a letter with different confirmation details and also noticed that the payment was debited from my account more than two weeks early. I called LCB and their "service" staff stated that they can see the DD begin date on application is 1/12/16, but when a service representative emailed me, he said there was no issue that I was charged more than 2 weeks earlier than our contract, and I would not be reimbursed.

This correspondence took place on 28/11/16.

The issue, which I have pointed out many times to the staff, is that I was charged for a service weeks prior to when I asked for it, and not refunded.

I am now waiting for my refund.
