I have been charges for data roaming when my mobile was turned of due to being in air on a international flight which meant my mobile was turned off for 22 hours +. When I talk to telstraclear I am told that it is possible that internet access was being sent whilst the ph was turned off, I do not use internet access on my mobile never have nor never will no need to. It doesnt make any difference what I say to Telstraclear they stilol say that it is a legal charge and I am responsible for regardless of what the situation was. I am refusing to pay this so what can I do please can you help me.
