Broken Item
My item arrived broken even though it had been twice bubbled wrap and also boxed and labelled Fragile, When I called them they had stated that they werent responsible . The seller had good intentions of sending the item to me safetly packaged, I called them and got through after hours so the Guy who I spoke to on the phone had stated that it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the package arrives to me safely, I believe it is their responsibility to make sure that they take care of Fragile Items and to treat it as something precious and not just a box to throw around . . I cant express how angry I am. He didnt want to take responsibility , I said to him why cant you admit that you guys damaged it in the post. it certainly wasnt the seller who damaged it.
