I have had nothing but problems with some sofas and the follow up from harvey normans has been disgusting, the customer service is just terrible in nelson.. i've ended up phoning for 12months and getting nothing done so contacted the supplier myself and had it solved.

We have now just purchased more furniture from harvey normans in nelson and i phoned up regarding when i could expect the furniture.. i was put through to a salesman on the shop floor of the furniture department, only to be spoken to rather rudely, to be honest we really didn't want to buy anything further from harvey norman but as they are the biggest retailer especially in somewhere as small as nelson we backed down and bought more, again only to be spoken to rudely, over the last 3 years we have spent over $40,000 in the store and manners cost nothing.
