Booking error though money got deducted from the bank acc + no confirmation email
Hi
I have attempted to book a Jetstar flight for 3passengers named Manju elias shiny Sanju elias vaipel for 16 th march at 6.30am from Napier to auckland, but I was unable to complete the online booking as a message came on the screen that an error occurred unable to proceed to payment, when I went back to rebook it I have noticed that the fare has gone up, so I have booked flight through air new Zealand, that night when I looked at the online banking I realised that jet star has deducted $174 from my account. I have rung the Jetstar help desk few times. They won't refund the money even though the error occurred from their side. They have given me the reference number when I contacted them (QJIEVK) but still no confirmation email.
So we have booked in to go on two flights at the same time bcos of the Jetstar website error.
