Hopeless and Useless Customer Service
Hello,

I ordered a 3 seater sofa Mink clolor and received Biscuit color. I realized the color difference when I got the sofa outside my apartment(Level 2) after unboxing. The store did not compromise on moving the sofa upstairs in my apartments which is at level 2 as it was a charge for $50.

After the color difference, I realized that the sofa is too big for my apartment and it was not able to get inside. I called up the store (Sylvia Park) around 2pm (25/02/2017) Saturday telling them about the color difference and requesting them to please change my sofa from 3 seater to 2 seater as it was too big to fit in. The manager of the store said that they can replace the sofa but after 2 days as it was a weekend. It is not possible for me to keep the sofa outside my room for 2 days. What if it gets stolen? Who will bear the cost? I told him that it is not possible to keep the sofa outside as the apartment will not permit me to keep the sofa blocking the space. I asked him that you are going to give me the 3 seater any ways then why cant you send a 2 seater and return the difference ($100) or a store credit. He was not able to help me. Instead of giving solutions, I was asking him for options. They confirmed that they will send the 2 seater sofa mink color in the evening between 5pm - 5.30pm. I did not receive any response on that day. They lied to me that they have sent the email for courier on the wrong email address and they cannot send the sofa on the agreed time. They agreed that they will send the next day in the morning. Until the afternoon I did not get any call from them so had to ring them on my lunch break and I got the same excuse that, they cant send the sofa that day also. I was very upset.

They are very careless and did not bother to call me. I have to keep following up regardless of my busy schedule. The store manager was not even ready to talk to me.

I am not at all happy with the service and really disappointed. I would never ever recommend PK furniture to anybody. I want to cancel my order but I am tied up because of your useless refund policy which does not help customers.

I emailed the customer service on info@pkfurniture.co.nz on 25 February 2017 but did not receive any response. I forwarded the same email again on 17 March 2017 as I believe these people are taking the customers for granted. I feel I have been cheated and not treated properly. Please take some action on this store as they are not able to fulfill what they market.

Now, I am looking forward to get the difference of $100 or cancel and refund the whole money.
