I sent an expensive birthday present to my daughter from Wanganui fastway couriers.the parcel arrived in Auckland early the next day and was not delivered to the central Auckland address.tracking said it was at the penrose problem parcel depot.on enquiry it stayed there for another 2days because the courier couldnt find the address and yet it was a straightforward address in Richmond Rd Ponsnonby. My daughter missed out on her birthday present on the day because no one could be bothered following it up or letting anyone know .It was a bitter pill to swallow when the parcel had been couriered 3days in advance.this is why we pay for a courier to get a parcel to its destination on time.
