Layby Declined
I went shopping at The Warehouse today as it's our daughters birthday on the 16th Feb & thought I would layby.......I was told they they aren't doing laybys until the middle of the month. Can stores do this? I feel disadvantaged.....are they allowed to do this?

Layby is a voluntary service provided by the store.....they dont' have to provide it at all
