Paid weekly but not picked up
Then I ring up to ask why etc and I get attitude

I had much the same thing happen to me in Whanganui. They sent me an email claiming my direct debit had been reversed due to "lack of funds." (I got my bank statement the following day and this is untrue.) So-I walked into town and deposited the required funds into my account and went online to the Low Cost Bins website and made a payment. I then rang the company to check that everything was alright. I spoke to a very smug lady who told me NOT to use the feature on the website to make a voluntary payment as it "stuffs up the system." Then she assured me that my direct debit was still active. Guess what? The next payment day-they didn't charge me.
