I ordered a product online 08:09/2017 apparently it they attempted to deliver however they claim i was not home when in this case i was. i live down a long driveway so i did not hear anyone pull up or knock on my front door. I contacted them as i hadn't received anything and that is what they said and organised for redelivery, however only 1 out of the 4 products that i ordered was delivered. I contacted them again they claim that it was only the one product not 4 , I contacted the retailed who confirmed the other 3 was a seperate order. Apparently NZ couriers had mixed up the consignment numbers and redelivered just one item. I explained to them that I require the items by the 15/09/2017 as they are a gift for a family who are going back to their home country. They promised it will be delivered by 9:40am thay morning. It comes to the day its not 10.30 and nothing has arrived . I contactes NZ couriers apparently they have closed the case and go back to thinking it was the one order. By this time im furious and ask to speak with a Manager , i was put through to Tania who did not even care to hear how frustrated i was and proceeds me to go back to the retailer and yell at them. She did not take any ownership of anything and just disconnected the line. I am at home getting this familt prepared for their flight aswell as trying to sort it out and now i have to go back to the retailer. They than confirm it was an error on nZ couriers for mishandling the products. I am now going to have to send these items as international mail as it wont arrive in time. How disappointing and lazy are NZ couriers not even wanting to locate an item that they lost and keep referring me back to the retailer Z I am disgusted by their service and their lack if empathy for anything. I suggest not to order though anyone who has their delivery agreements with NZ couriers!
