In the beginning of this year (January) I bought a ring for my wife from michael hill at Manukau Mall which cost more than $400. I took life time warranty as well and last two times ring got defected as one diamond missing from ring and all these two times i visit to store and they fix. Last time we fix ring not even month ago and its again 1 diamond missing that means this is Third time ring get defected. We are totally disappointed from this because we spend that much money and we got so bad quality ring.
