No managers to take complaints
I have just posted in a few local forums asking about purchases from TV Shop. It seems there's quite a number of people that have had issues and there is some serious lack of transparency with how complaints can be escalated and indeed when a customer seems to have had a promise of being escalated, promises are 100% broken. I had 31 respondents over the past 4 days and they ALL have had promises broken.

Personally, I was told in December that I received my item. I have not. Nor was there anything left saying I missed a courier. I asked and they said I'd be contacted within 48 hours.
56 hours later, I call back being told again the same thing. I explain I've been promised before and they say that this has been escalated to managers to call back within 48hours.

I have sent multiple emails without response. I have called asking specifically for a refund given the items were not on their way.

I called their purchasing shop to see if I could get further. I had to leave a message for someone to call me back about purchasing someone and so I asked to be placed to somewhere I can make a complaint. THIS man gave a track and trace number. HOWEVER, when calling NZPost the track and trace was literally made ON THE DAY I called. There was no package "on its way"
A blatant lie followed through with an urgent request to send a new package. Not what I asked for and now I'm forced to gather info to move towards making a case for court.
