Received a card from NZ post describing a parcel that requires a signature.

My wife and I were home all day, this operator did not even bother to try and get a signature and deliver the item.

This is not the first time that NZ post has failed to deliver an item when someone has been home.

If I knew that NZ Post would be involved in the delivery, I would not have purchased the item.

Hopefully, they will not be in business much longer.
