I am writing this today on some advice/help
About a month ago i bought an INVICTUS X7
I paid $49 dollars for a month trial I look back now jus over a month ago i was quite excited on geting new lux which i seen on tv advertisment i rang them up not thinking any1 be there time of 3am but 5 mins of waiting i left a message and day rang straight back So i paid for trial About 5 days past and quite excited the lux turned up which i opened and read instructions fully and charged befor use Then i turned on to see my new product was not working properly Where i could see a loose wire with the electrics So i stopped straight away and rang the tv shop asap where i was on hold 36 minutes Then to leave a message with sales team to hear faulghts will get back to me in 48 hours And was 46 hours an email to repeat wat told sales team pria Again in which took 47 hours to reply by email Which jumping foward a bit I have rang 11 times Leaveing messages to ring Asking for manager and every time to be told i on top of list to be called back asap Which never have Jus emails saying they tryed to call Which i have been waiting by ph every day to no yet hear or see a mist call All i ask every email which have sent over 15 jus to send a replacement foot But no reply Then to get a email from faughts daying to take apart electronics and foot apart to try fix my self Which i thought was dangerous but im no expect they are So i thought hay must be ok because exports on this told me so So i thought hay im geting no where for a refund or new lux Which i have had to borrow 1 off freinds until this is sorted I took apart like was told by tv shop faughts experts I mucked round well was on charge Where me being no expert on these nor trained with electricity I got a very bad shock Where my heart felt like was going to stop Masive pains up arms and real sore head aches Which next day Was in bed 27 hours I realy thought it had killed me as in time Pain in arm muscles got better with pain releif I dont no what else to do Its stressing me out as i dont need this As there sending now that my trial is up and want there $750 Which Does not even go Any help Much appriciated thanks I Am also waiting for a legal team that also are wanting a copy of your aka the tv shop full reply on why soo badly mistreated I look foward to hearing from at least a phone call Surely its not to much of an ask

Worst ever been treated from a shop The tv shop nz what a joke As a customer Im disgusted with yous NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Warning to all If you have a faulght item Tv shop dont want to no or help at all
