Ticket fairy is the only site selling tickets to the ub40 concert and Northern bass. On the website it stipulates that a booking fee will be charged. I have no problem with that as all ticket purchasing sites charge a booking fee per purchase. I was purchasing 7 tickets. When I got to the checkout I noticed that I was charged $160 per ticket for $149 tickets. I had been charged $11 extra per ticket. When I enquired Ticket fairy said that was the booking fee made up for credit card fee, booking and service fee. I had been charged a booking fee for each ticket even though it was one purchase with one credit card. that's an additional $77 for this entire purchase. That is false advertising and hidden cost that the consumer is not aware of. I also purchased tickets for my son for northern base and once again my son was charged an additional $21 booking fee. He purchased an event ticket and campsite ticket in one purchase. I have attached the response I have received from Ticket fairy.
