I bought an item with them which is the "12-Piece Stackable, Foldable Storage Shoe Organiser".

When the item arrives it was not properly pack they just chunk it all in then my complain is that there is one piece was broken due to careless and lack of proper packing..


I've tried to contact them but they are not responding now..
