Responding to emails and other contact
We have been endeavouring to contact this website for the past few weeks requesting that they now remove a complaint from their listing as it has been resolved. We have had no response from the website even though they say they will respond within a couple of hours. Furthermore the website contains no telephone contacts, or email addresses or named persons and no physical or postal address. Simply not good enough. We would suggest if you have a complaint post it on the Consumer Institute site not this one. Rather ironical that we are having to list this complaint on the site itself.

I have no idea what you are moaning about when the terms clearly state that complaints cannot be changed once submitted.

When I was submitting my complaint, there was also a highlighted notice at the end warning me about this. So the complainant has the choice to cancel the complaint at that stage. Once submitted, that's the end of your ability to amend it.

I guess you should not have made the complaint in the first place (since you are having second thoughts now). My 5 cents.
