Disappointed In The Customer Service
I am writing to say how disappointed I am in the customer service at your Michael Hill Queensgate branch this is the third incidence I have had with this branch…

I got a wedding band for my husband this took over 6 weeks to arrive in store and when arrived it wasn't the correct size after the second time of being sent away and back to us, not in the correct size because of numbers being written down incorrectly I decided to get my $50 back and just leave it. Twice your staff tried to put the full $500 back on to my card after I had told them twice I had only payed the $50 so far on the ring.

My wedding band’s got sent away for resizing they said they would call once they were back in store and after a week later when it was told to me they would be back, I went in to see what was going on and they told me they had been instore for a week and lost my contact number so couldn't call me and don’t really call their customers anyway.

This happened again after being sent away for the recoating of the rings after the 1 year mark..

3) Your staff need a serious customer service training sessions. I wanted this necklace for my birthday they said they will order it for me from another shop I went in on the next wednesday to see if it was in and no one knew what was going on at all and didn't even have my name.

The manager in the shop was very rude at the time to me asking me to write my name down so I started to, then Mira called out to say she had found it so I asked him if I still needed to write my name down twice and he didn't reply and just looked at me. I had two friends with me on two of the situations and they were shocked how rude the staff were.


I used to really enjoy shopping at this store but will no longer visit as the hassles I have faced are just not worth it. My friends who were with me also said the same thing, with many other jewelry stores nearby why go through this inconvenience.
