The courier knocked 3 knocks, left one package by the door and ran away with the one that required signature. I ran out my house as soon as I heard him knock. I saw the driver get in his van. HE SAW ME from his rolled down window, then pointed to my door where he had left one package. This is around 11:15 AM.

I was expecting my passport which requires signature. The package he had left was one my brother ordered that did not require signature. I look back, and he has driven away.

There is always someone home, and a car parked in my driveway. I left a note on my front door saying "Please Knock!" in a preemptive attempt to get my passport delivered correctly. He must have just left the one package, knocked, and then ran straight back to his van. No attempt to getting my signature - or any of the 3 people that were home and within 5 metres of the door. This is not the first time this has happened, which is why I left a note this time... Later I checked my letterbox and he had left a card to call...

Extremely poor service from this driver.
I phoned support, who say they cannot call drivers and cannot do anything while the package is with the driver. I have to wait until it is scanned back at a depot or post shop before I can go and pick it up myself, or arrange re-delivery.

Even if I get this re-delivered, I think the same thing will just happen again... It is just lucky I did not need my passport urgently.
