Still waiting for our ring after 4months
Would really really appreciate someone to take my email higher. My husband and I came into the Hornby mall , Christchurch, NZ branch to bring his tungsten wedding band in that turned a horrible grey colour. We brought that ring as he's a brick layer and we were garantued it would last a lifetime We came in and left the ring with the shop on the 26/ 10/2018 and still don't have it back.we got told the ring was then getting changed to a different kind of tungsten ( even tho its meant to last a lifetime. We got told at the latest it would be back in Hornby branch on the 17th / 18th worst case. I phoned the store today and they still don't know where our wedding band is. It is now coming up 4 months with no wedding band it's not only upsetting but wrong to get this long drawn out run around. The repair number is RNM00044358. Store 0040. Customer number CN000054769 . Very very upset disappointed with this service :( this ring was alot of money for us around 900. Might not be for sum but for us it took a long time to save for this ring now my husband has nothing.
