My ring.
I brought my ring into Michel hill about 3 weeks ago for a quote on a new diamond and a Rey fit. I was told "it will take a few days", yet I am now on the third round of them saying, "It should be in by next Tuesday". My concern for my ring is growing along with the frustration of being mucked and continuously given false promises of having my ring back. I asked for proof that they had my ring but they wouldn't give me anything, instead continued to tell me it will be back on Tuesday and that they have my information on their system. I am not happy with how this has been handled and I want my ring back as soon as possible.
