Rohan was incharge of a property listing located at 227 Church Street, Onehunga, Auckland City.

The property has a massive powerline paylon right next to it. Look at my google street view upload. But he intentionally took pictures to hide that fact.

Every one of the 10 pictures he uploaded on trademe and on rwroyaloak.co.nz hid the paylon.

He also didn't mention anything about the paylon in the description.

I rushed to see the property only to be disappointed and annoyed! I wonder how many other buyers went through the same thing with this property and other ones near paylons just to waste their time.

This is one of the many reasons realestate agents are called SHARKS.

A little honesty goes a loooong way. Never will I deal with him or Ray White ever again (for permitting and using such unprofessional and misleading Ads).

Put yourself in the buyers position...and see how you feel about it!
