I visited the hotel with my wife and son whom lives in the area and is his local pub, whom has a loyalty card for that hotel. As my son could not walk up to the bar to buy a drink because he had a injured foot and was wearing a moon-boot, when I showed the card to the bar lady she took offence to me as she said I was not the person on the card. But as I tried to tell he could not come to the counter she got abusive, when I told her I did not need that Shit she got more abusive and said swear words and said F..... You. As the bar manager I believe it out of order.
