Unable to obtain a receipt
Our marching team (J P Leisure Marchers) traveled to Hamilton on Friday 8 March 2019 staying two nights at the Brooklyn Motor Lodge (this was booked by our Secretary's name - Muriel Pennal). We paid a $98 deposit (which was forwarded to them by the Boundary Court Motor Inn as we had originally been booked with them and they arranged for us to change to the Brooklyn as they were renovating at the time), then nearer to arrival we paid the balance of $882 directly into their bank account on Monday 4 march 2019.

We received a grant for this an are required to forward the receipt to our benefactor, but as yet we have been unable to get one. I have sent numerous emails to them and after they replied requesting additional information to the first three emails (which I supplied) they have since refused to even reply.

All we are asking for is a receipt for what we have paid $980.00 as they quoted. we are a small country Marching team and we are not in a financial position to find that amount of money to pay back.

Have finally received a result. The only negative is that the receipt is made out to our secretary not our club but it will hopefully be okay.
