CUSTOMER SERVICES STAFF!
I am sick and tired of calling up TV Shop to place an order with a certain Sales Consultant, whom I have name and extension number for.

I have to call them up to 6/7 times in order to eventually get someone to help me.

When they answer they want to know all your business - excepting whom you slept with last night. After telling them they insist on knowing which product you are calling about, today it was to query the delivery of an order...

After insisting they put you through to the relevant person - this is after 15/20minutes of wasting time with them, you have to go through all the questions again and again and again.

At the end, you put the phone down as you have still not received the help.

They refuse to put you through to their Supervisor or Team Leader and want to know why. After you tell them to complain they tell you they will take the complaint. Today, after the second call, I told them to get stuffed and called back again. Same thing. Put down the phone, call again, same thing.

What the hell is wrong with TV Store... would they rather lose business than get the nosey parkers answering the calls put you through to the person you ask for? These all sound like Filipinos btw.

The BEST Sales Consultant I have come across are Nupur and Marcos. I refuse to buy from anyone else and give them my business and commission.

TV SHOP if you want to keep your CUSTOMERS, train your switchboard operators to do their darn job and put you through to the correct department and to pass on all the information you have just given to them so that you do not have to repeat it 100 times!

To get hold of a MANAGER IS IMPOSSIBLE with these busybodies on the phone and who want to know what your complaint is about as they can handle it ffs.

Sick to death of their incompetence and lack of training.

Oh My God. I've had a similar experience when trying to get a price for one of their products for my mother. What a nightmare!

The biggest issue is that they don't reveal actual prices in their infomercials so you have to ring to get that. And then the nightmare begins. A simple 30 second phone call turns into a 45 minute quiz and a game of phone tag.
