A disgusting trash bin in my room 
I checked the reviews before booking it and seems superb. Unfortunately after we checked in, I found a trash bin full of trash, especially paper tissues with blood. It was so disgusting that I could not forget the scene I saw and I wish I hadn't. I immediately went downstairs to talk to the front desk. They were nice to change me to the next door. But as an expensive apartment and hotel, this shouldn't happen in the first place. Also, the scene was so disgusting that made my entire stay uncomfortable.

It is really disappointing to read about your experience of finding the rubbish bin not being emptied. This is obviously something we have missed out on this occassion and I would like to sincerely apologise for the experience.

Dear Amartya, thank you for acknowledging it. As a 4-star hotel, this shouldn't happen. But I am disappointed by your property's response to my inquiry of compensation.
