Store located Chartwell Hamilton

It's unfortunate that I write this complaint. Due to my property being burgled I had visited the store to look at recovering pieces through insurance. From the very start of conversation I was met with what could only be called a belittling and poor service. Facial expressions play a huge part in successful customer service. The questions asked by customer service were irrelavent to my needs and all that was accomplished was the customer service rep not believing why I had come to the store . Having come from a customer service background and scored above 90% in mystery shopper reports I am aware of what great customer service looks like. I will not be dealing with any Michael Hill stores in the future nor would I reccomend friends and family to shop here. I hope the customer service rep is held accountable. Recommend training.
