We did the booking on 2/07/2020 for acomodation at Manor Park Lodge for Aug 14 to Aug 17 via agoda, New Zealand went into lockdown, tried contacting agoda, Manor park lodge guy via call, mail, but he doesnt pick the call or reply to mail.

i have not received any refunds/ not able to contact him / agoda people dont help at all.
