The worst place we have ever been!
Shocking dirty, dusty, was really strong smell of blood , urinated mattresses , dangerous electric blankets , the wires were exposed, the frying pans were so old , the bathroom was all destroyed, broken shower, was no toilet paper, was no room service for 4 days !
The beds, bed linen , covers were really discussing
No towers, no coffee, no milk, no sugar
There was heaters , but no leads!
The tv didn’t work properly, the conditioner wasn’t working ( was 4 degrees outside)
The only reason we stayed for 4 days because of the 3 bedrooms
When we complained to the owner about all above they threatened me with $2000 compensation for damagingly their reputation ( have a screenshot of their message)
the reception was always shut, the only way to go through: to ring them constantly and leave the messages
They never gave me the receipt for my payment until the day number 4@ after my several messages
