Bad customer service. I bought a table that arrived on a Tuesday without the package of screws, that is, impossible to assemble. At the moment I opened a ticket requesting the screw pack since there were more tables in stock. Today, Thursday almost at the end of the day I go on without having a feedback from them, even after sending several messages and calling in the chat. They are waiting for the supplier to return and I, meanwhile, am without my table, which is already paid for and dismantled on the floor of my house.
