We checked into the place on Friday 2 July. We immediately walked into the smell of marijuana being smoked in rooms and all through the hallway leading to reception. The rooms are disgusting. Lukewarm water in showers, warped, broken bathroom facilities with broken shelving. Windows that don't close properly. Pillows without pillowcases. No mattress protectors. Finger prints and make up stains on the walls. Ripped old stained bathmat. No handtowels. Almost empty soap. Not enough cups etc for 2 people. Mattresses that are smaller then the bed. Sheets that don't look like they've been changed. Electric blankets that don't heat. Tv that has snowy reception. There is no mention of partial emergency housing here and having to listen to people banging around, stomping around, arguing, smoking weed, drinking, smoking cigarettes (all inside), checking out your parked car which is parked outside their units. It's actually disgusting especially in covid times where they advertise free hand sanitizer and certain procedures. It's absolute crap when they don't even provide the essentials. I have now seen so many complaints so why is this place still open and functional as accommodation?? Disgusting. I am unable to attach photos but will quite happily send them through. But I'm sure if someone actually bothered taking the complaints about this place seriously you would see the other pictures posted all over social media.
