Disgusting 
Arrived at the motel and walked into our VILLA. Was like walking into a walk in freezer. Shower walls were rotten, dirty face cloth with pubic hairs on it in the shower, a clean face cloth on the sink also with a pubic hair. The shower curtain hasn't been washed. Cigarette burns on the bed spread and a cigarette butt in the pot plant inside. Just to name a few. Have taken photos and sent them to the moteliers , to many to upload.

Same thing happened with our leisure marching team... pre booked and paid for, got changed twice to what we had originally booked, then on arrival found we had been changed yet again! The 2 'so called 'villas' they changed us to were disgusting and most definately not fit for purpose!
The 1st 'villa' was disgusting, the bench tops were filthy, the fridge/freezer was dirty, the freezer compartment was all iced up, just too much to really itemise...and the 2nd villa..well... we wondered what we were walking into, a TV in the 1st room was on, what was with that? and the rest of the place was in such a gross state !! This motel should be de registered !!
