New Iphone 13 Pro received with seal cut/tampered with 
I had ordered a new Iphone 13 Pro with Spark NZ on a 3 year term and have received the phone on 24th September 2021 on the release day itself through Courier Post.
As soon as I opened the cover I noticed that the plastic strip on the phone cover was cut through a blade that holds the phone cover from being open, both top and bottom. I also noticed a hole on the courier post cover as well.
I have sent all the pictures to spark the same day itself and till this day I have not got a replacement, all the reply I get is, investigation is being done by back end team from Spark.
As the seal was open I am not even sure the Iphone 13 Pro I have with me is an original one or not, hence I have not started using the phone or even turned it on since the investigation is still not yet complete.

That looks dodgy as hell. For such an expensive item, they should be more on to it.
Make sure it's not been replaced by a counterfeit. Until you can confirm that, I wouldn't use it.
