Hi Few things I am very concerns about this motel which needs to be actioned.
-this motel charges a bond when we check in without informing clients. when you check out, it doesnt get refunded and customers have to repeatly ask for it. if money is deducted, they dont provide feedback or explanation for the deduction. how can they do this?
- they manually fill milks at the motel and distribute to customers. in this covid crisis, why are they filling milk and how safely are they handled for customer to consume. how clean are the bottles they using and where is the expiry for the milk.
-the place is filthy with flies and fleas as its next to a cattle farm. the place is smelly and unbearable to sit outside in the summer. very upsetting and concerning.
- they have written notes to say that curry and smelly food can not be cooked in the room. isnt this racial distrimination not allowing us to cook our traditional meals? we went there prepped up with our meals and were instructed not to cook curry. had to find other means to feed our kids.
-the services like SKY TV, swimming pool and WIFI were not going but still advertise for it. no compensation or reduced rates to compensate for this.
-a busy highway divides this motel and rooms are either side of the road with no safety crossing or barriers to protect customers. very easy for kids to hit the road. there has been a death there in the past.
can someone please advise how this can be resolved and crappy services at this motel is improved or they made aware that its wrong.
