Hi, I had purchased a camera online with Groupon (www.grouponnz.co.nz) and paid for it in full in the sum of NZ$79.00 by my credit card on 21st Nov 2011. To date I have not received the item. I have followed up with Groupon on several occassions and they promised me that it will be delivered to me before Christmas but nothing received as of now. I have tried calling on the 0800 047 687 many times to speak to one of their officials but no body seems to be there to answer the phone. I believe this is a total scam reaping off money from innocent consumers. Since they have not met the conditions/terms of delivery, I had requested a full refund of my money. Groupon stopped responding to my emails and this has become a great concern to me. I therefore seek your assistance in resolving my probelm please.
