Myself and my 3 children booked a room at this motor lodge and the facilities are false advertising. No pool or spa as advertised and also the playground is unsafe with a hole in the middle of the trampoline.

We stayed in room 11 and the facility was absolutely filthy, blood stains on the bedding, spider webs, mould on roof in main bedroom. Human fecal matter and blood on doors and oven was absolutely un usable. There was mucus on walls and also no hair drier or toaster as advertised and the tv had something smeared all over it. There was cigarette’s on the deck chairs and beside the couch bin lounge area. No heating just an old oil heater with no safety tags .windows would not shit properly. And smoke alarm in next door apartment went off for 2 hours 5 am till 7 am so had absolutely no sleep.

I took pictures of all this have shown an after hours man at 11pm and he also took pictures. I emailed and asked for a full refund and provided proof of the nasty conditions.

I paid $174 for 1 night and I believe its a health risk and we were mislead by the online pictures.

I would never stay here again. Its appalling to mislead and take peoples money. They have not responded to me at all.
