Defective furntiure sold on full price
Hi Team,

I have recently moved to auckland with my family. I bought the below list of furniture from Ifurntiure online with the cost of NZD $10073.70 .
upon openining the boxes it has been discovered that the furniture supplied is in mint condition.
below are the itemized details corresponding to the fault.

- Bed ( I have ordered 3 beds and all beds are havily scratched).
- All 6 Bed side tables have scratches.
- Dinning table is wobeling due to inaccurate alignment.
- screws were missing and delivered upon escalations.
- Broken part of bed support.

I have tried my level best to resolve the issues either by compensating or replacement the furniture along with assembling.
unfortunaltly, i am not getting proper response from the company. please look into the matter as it feels like i have been betrayed.
