Made a damage claim on a perspex Vinyl Turntable Cover that was attached to an expensive Turntable.

The Parcel was well packaged in its original box and had several FRAGILE stickers on it.
No need for such rough handling!

Was asked to return the item to armarex depot for a claim re the damage.

Here is the issue!
If they pay out claim for a damaged lid (costs approx $200.00 to be made locally).
They pay out but THEY KEEP THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF THE PARCEL!!!

So the contents of the parcel is valued at (I'VE PAID) $4000.00 and they pay out for a damaged lid ($200.00) but they keep the entire contents of the parcel which was in good condition!

Gee a lid costs $200.00?
Where is their common sense?

They STEAL the entire CONTENTS!

SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE about this ongoing CRIMINAL Action by armarex!
What next!

I took the damaged parcel home and was told that it would void the claim!

Would rather have the $4000.00 Turntable without a lid than $200.00 and no turntable.

That's how armarex rip their customers off and resell armarex's spoils at auctions!

THESE GUYS ARE RUNNING A FULL ON CRIMINAL ORGANISATION!!!

Something needs to be DONE!
