Dodgy courier company
We had a parcel sent from the north island. We paid an overnight freight amount. It was in the depot on 5th December 2022. It is now the 13th December 2022 and we got on again to see where it was today and it has come up as delivered, which it has not been. I have asked for the photo that they take as it obviously has been delivered to the wrong address and they tell me it was delivered to the correct letter box. Not sure how they would know that as I'm telling them we don't have it. This company when you ring goes off shore and they refuse to put you through to your local company! Just rude, unhelpful and a company I will not allow my parcels to be delivered by at all. We want our parcel
