I booked for two cabins but only one was cleaned. The other cabin has a lingering cigarette smoke smell and beddings are not properly cleaned, totally different from the photos of the room and bedding I have seen before I booked. Long story short, we stayed in one cabin and asked for a refund (to this day, three weeks after we left, no refund has been given).

This has been acknowledge by the staff as they visited the room and confirmed the very bad smell. Next day a professional cleaner was sent. Also, I have been messaging them, last message I received is " I hope you received your refund".

I have checked my account but no refund has been made yet.
